Cathy Gillice and Bea Archibald are the mother daughter team that own and operate Central Oregon's newest Adult Foster Home "The Garden Villa".

Ms. Gillice is a Registered Nurse with over ten years of experience caring for the elderly and disabled through her work as a home-health care nurse as well as years of work in a hospital setting.
Mrs. Archibald has aquired many years of experience as a caregiver for both children and adults. For nearly ten years Mrs. Archibald operated a successful childcare business in Central Oregon. In recent years she has assisted with the care of her elderly mother.
