No, the rental price is the same daily.

The rental fee includes: 60in. rounds, 6ft. banquet tables and a day-of coordinator.

No, all caterers must be chosen off the listed approved caterers. Bar services can be provided by a licensed and insured bartender.
>> What is the capacity of The Garden Villa?
99 inside, and 120 outside.
>> what is the payment and cancellation policy?
Your initial save-the-date deposit will be lost as the date has been held. If catering is added, the full 25% deposit will be lost also. However, the 25% can be applied to a new event within the same calendar year.
>> Who is in charge of cleanup?
The caterer and client. Client is subject to loosing their deposit if the venue is not returned to original order.
>> Who sets up and breaks down the tables and chairs at the garden villa?
The caterer sets up & breaks down the tables and chairs.
>> Where do my guests park?
The Garden Villa has a private lot that can hold 30 cars. Additional street parking can be used if needed.
